The HSC Syllabuses

The Board of Studies NSW has responsibility for the development of curriculum and curriculum support materials for all schools in New South Wales from Kindergarten to Year 6, Years 7-10, and Years 11-12 and for the development and conduct of examinations leading to the award of the School Certificate (SC) and the Higher School Certificate (HSC). A syllabus is available for each course developed by the Board.
